UNDERSTANDING OUR PURPOSE

We are a theatre company that believes that nothing is important without a purpose. It is our mission that through our organization A Place in the Heart Theatre Company, we are looking to bring purpose and transformation to the lives of creative people.  Developing those who have a purpose and a heart for the Arts and Theatre.  Our goal is that everyone involved in our programs will develop a lasting interest in the performing arts; and be inspired to be an inspiration to others in their schools, churches, and their neighborhoods.

There are a few things people think of when you think of the south.  Those tend to be things like friendly people, the smell of fresh cut grass, the fragrance of the rain falling, and a glass of sweet, iced tea - very sweet.  Most classic southern sweet tea consists of - just tea, sugar, water, and maybe lemon if you choose so.

Well, I have decided to bring a refreshing new taste from the south with a hint of something that can soothe the stomach and a taste that will sweeten the pallet.  Mint and flavored syrup.

This refreshing beverage was created and inspired by those battling with Alzheimer's and Dementia.  A Place in the Heart Theatre Company has adopted this product to help raise necessary funds to spread the word about Alzheimer's and Dementia.

The proceeds raised will help with the cost of producing the shows performed by the community and help support the Save a Life program that creates baskets that are sent to the Alzheimer's and Dementia patients that doesn't have families in senior facilities in the North Carolina area.  These baskets consist of Socks, Robes, Lotions, bath products and other necessary items they may not always get.
